SHOW ITINERARY (subject to change)

November 6th:
Lake Mead cruise on an authentic, three-level, Mississippi-style paddlewheeler called the Desert Princess. The cruise departs at 2pm. We will be meeting at Railroad Pass (show site) at 1pm and caravan to the Lake Mead Cruises dock. The cost is $18 per person. The dock is located within National Park Service land and there is a $5 per car fee to enter. The cruise takes approximately 90 minutes. Following the cruise, the Southern Nevada AMC Club will be hosting a BBQ at one of Boulder City’s nicest parks, Veteran’s Memorial Park. We will have the use of several covered gazebos. Each one has benches and a BBQ grill. Registration may take place Friday night at the hotel (depending on how I feel after the BBQ). IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN TAKING THE CRUISE, PLEASE INCLUDE PAYMENT FOR THE TICKETS WITH YOUR SHOW REGISTRATION AND MAIL TO OUR CLUB TREASURER (NAME AND ADDRESS ON REGISTRATION FORM).

November 7th:
7AM: Show Field Set-up
7AM-10AM: Registration at Show Field
9AM-3PM: Car Show and Swap Meet
9:30AM: Start of Hourly Door Prize Drawings (last drawing at 2:30PM)
2PM: Deadline to turn in voting ballots at registration desk
3:30PM-5:00PM: Awards Presentation and raffle in banquet (hospitality) room
6PM: Dinner at Boxcar Buffet

November 8th:
8AM: Sunday Morning Breakfast Buffet (we will be eating in a private dining room)
